These little dresses are made from 100% cotton hand-me-down material. Neckline and cap sleeves are elastic for easy dressing of your little one. Empire waisted ribbon allows for adjustment as your child grows. The trim on the bottom is vintage, as are the fabric for the heart applique and the buttons.
